Public bug reported:

Using the unity-2d-panel on a Toshiba ac100 ARM device , there is 1x
pixel line with random pixels on top of the panel application.

These pixels are influenced (provoked) by the 'indicator menus' and
global-menu. So using two different applications with global menu will
influence the pixels, displayed on top of unity-2d-panel.

If you use an application in full screen mode (F11), these pixels are
gone, as F11 overlaps the unity-2d-panel.

I added a Screenshot as attachment.
