Just test with Tim Chen. After installing daily-live oneiric-amd64 iso. `rfkill list` shows the correct value. When Fn+F2 pressed, the value changes correctly. But after the first rfkill cycle, nm-applet shows "Device not ready" for Wireless Networks. `sudo iwlist wlan0 scan` works fine.
