Lukasz Olszewski, you shouldn't blindly dist-upgrade specially in a dev 
release. All the unmet listed dependencies are built from the same source 
package, you can't install some of them because they aren't in your mirror yet.
If you're in a hurry, you can download the missing ones from here[1].
