Public bug reported:
i see it as a mistake to make them hidden as default, just because when
i got 2 windows opened - for example firefox - one windows with some web
site and other is download window, and when download windows is active
and i want to close MAIN firefox windows - with a website, i cant do it
by 1 click like previous, cause there is NO buttons at all!
First i have to click on a main window, then buttons are showin up and
WOW i can finally close the windows!
what a mess! make Unity less clickable please.
do not hide buttons.
