This is not a duplicate of bug #835532 as it is mentionning lightdm. Here I am
talking about unity session.
When you are fully logged in, you always need to activate num lock.
This is not a good behavior and ubuntu has never behaved like this before
oneiric.
This can't be changed in the keyboard layout.
