The problem is not the difficult to fix the problem or not, the problem is the people realise that they can play the film using this little click...
If they don't realize that they won't be able to do anything and of course they will complain. But this is not dificult, because i had the same problem and i write in google finder "Totem ubuntu stream flow" and i find the trick. So exactly this problem is "low" importance.
