I modified Jim's script. Basically I added a toggle function that
queries the current enabled/disabled state and toggles it. Simple. The
trick is then to tell KDE to call that script whenever a certain combo
is pressed: System Settings > Shortcuts And Gestures > Custom Shortcuts,
then right click > New > Global Shortcut > Command/URL, the rest is
simple.
