On the top of this bugreport you can see a link [1] to the kernel
bugtracker. There you can download the patches. I had never patched and
built my own kernel before, so I had to figure that out by myself with
the help of Google. I can't seem to find the exact instructions I used,
but these [2] are a good start, as is this [3] for applying patches. I
wish I could upload the patched kernel I compiled so others could
immediately use that without having to repeat the process of building
the kernel themselves, but the kernel .deb files I got were huge (40 MB
or something, which is probably what happens when you don't
customise/fine tune the build process) and I already deleted them.
