All blocks are being removed, which leads me to believe network-manager
is the problem. I've got one more thing for you to try to verify this.
With the machine in this state, deselect and then reselect the "Enable
Wireless" option in the network-manager applet. Does wifi reconnect
after doing this? Try the same thing with bluetooth as well.
