Public bug reported:
Lxterminal intercepts alt-1 even though there's only one tab open. No
other terminal emulator does this and it's clearly a perceived error.
Alt-1 should be intercepted by the terminal emulator only when a second
tab is opened (after which alt-1 and alt-2 should be intercepted)
