Public bug reported:
This is a follow up to bug 824966 which was marked Fix Released because
it restored basic keyboard navigation.
These actions are still not possible from the keyboard:
1. Selecting any of the shortcuts on the dash "front page"
2. Switching to a different lens
3. Filtering search results with "Refine search"
