@Christopher: Sorry to say that, but it does not make any sense to perform an apport- collect two and a half years after reporting the bug.
Furthermore, I cannot do this anymore since I do not have the machine where this particular bug appeared anymore, I am not working in this office anymore. Even if I had access, the company policy would not allow to send such reports out of this office. In some cases there's good reason for using apport-bug. What exactly would you need apport-collect information for, what you could not find on any other ubuntu machine?
