Just found some possibly related problem(s): <<< Panel position gets stuck >>> 1) Added a second panel and dragged it to the right-edge of my 2nd monitor and touched kickerrc. 2) I dragged the panel to the bottom of my 2nd monitor. 3) Configure panel worked for this new one, but every time I applied some changes, the panel returned to the right-edge of my monitor.

The dropdown-list was still there, but containing the settings of my old (2nd) panel - Changes made there had no effect on the 3rd panel.
