Thanks for reporting this bug.
Looking at the log, it seems that there is a local config error in
/etc/default/tftpd-hpa (line 6?). Marking Invalid, if this is not the
case - please update the bug as appropriate.
Setting up tftpd-hpa (5.0-21ubuntu2) ...
/etc/default/tftpd-hpa: 6: Syntax error: Unterminated quoted string
dpkg: error processing tftpd-hpa (--configure):
subprocess installed post-installation script returned error exit status 2
