I have installed 2.6.32-33-generic #72-Ubuntu SMP to try and resolve
some issues with an AFA9015 DVB card. In #71 and earlier it was always
detected and I could operate the card with MythTV. #72 doesn't detect
the card. When I do "sudo modprobe dvb_usb_af9015" the only response in
/var/log/messages is:

Aug 10 10:12:25 myth kernel: [ 433.078547] usbcore: registered new
interface driver dvb_usb_af9015

instead of the usual information relating to registering both DVB
frontends and installing the firmware.

lsusb shows:
Bus 003 Device 002: ID 0413:6a04 Leadtek Research, Inc.

If you could also patch the kernel with the information and patches in:
http://linuxtv.org/wiki/index.php/Leadtek_WinFast_DTV2000DS in 'Making it work
in Ubuntu' that'd be terrific. I keep having to apply this patch to Lucid
kernels to make both tuners on the card work properly. Apparently 2.6.38 works
well with this card but I and probably many others won't be moving on from
10.04LTS for a long while if there is no need to do so.
