Public bug reported:

After a fresh installation of Ubuntu Feisty I can't connect to my WiFi
(protected with WPA). With edgy I've never suffer this problem With Feisty the
Network Manager scan all the WiFi networks but can connect only to WEP and open
ones. When I select a WiFi to connect to I'm prompted to input the key but
fails the connection without a error pop-up, it simply return to disconnect
state again.
Lurking on the logs I found that when I connect to the network this line is
printed out into /var/log/messages:
[ 92.768000] ADDRCONF(NETDEV_CHANGE): eth0: link becomes ready
When the NetworkManager returns to disconnect state this line is printed out
into /var/log/messages:
[ 158.536000] ADDRCONF(NETDEV_UP): eth0: link is not ready
Nothing else in the mean time.
My Network card is a IPW2100 and I run an up-to-date Feisty.
No problem with unencrypted and WEP WiFi.
