And morer specifically, if a folder is set to offline mode, then the emails/bodies/attachments should be stored in the offline store, NOT the cache. I can also confirm that TB5 still redownloads attachments over and over again in folders set to offline mode - first, when you click/select the message, then again if you choose to 'Save As' the attachment, then again if you click a different message then go back to the message with the aqttachment.
