I have also been unable to reproduce this under Oneiric current of today. Tried other things like creating a folder while doing a file move. Under Oneiric Nautilus now waits for me to complete creating a folder before updating the view for files that were moved. Under Natty, movement of the files would abort my folder creation to update the view. Event handling on Oneiric seems to behave completely different from Natty. Which is what I suspect trigges this bug in Natty.
Thus, I'd say this bug (and others) has been fixed in Nautilus or the upstream libraries for Oneiric. I think this bug can be safely closed. A minor annoyance in Natty that will soon be upgraded to Oneiric.
