Hey, what kind of information do you need to fix that?

My actions:
1. Launch gnome-system-log, it opens the `messages` log.
2. Select `syslog` in the panel on the left.
3. Close gnome-system-log.
4. Open gnome-system-log again, watch it opens `messages` again.

Expected result:
4. It remembers last open log and shows `syslog`.


I'm suggesting that the last open log should be saved on exit to the 
'/apps/gnome-system-log/logfile' GConf key.
