Hey, what kind of information do you need to fix that? My actions: 1. Launch gnome-system-log, it opens the `messages` log. 2. Select `syslog` in the panel on the left. 3. Close gnome-system-log. 4. Open gnome-system-log again, watch it opens `messages` again.
Expected result: 4. It remembers last open log and shows `syslog`. I'm suggesting that the last open log should be saved on exit to the '/apps/gnome-system-log/logfile' GConf key. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/655709 Title: gnome-system-log doesn't store /apps/gnome-system-log/logfile GConf key To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-utils/+bug/655709/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
