We use 'buildX' as the revision suffix to denote no-change rebuilds from
syncs.
Thus, source_1.0.0-1 -> source_1.0.0-1build1 . The first Ubuntu change
after source_1.0.0-1build1 is source_1.0.0-1ubuntu1, and all subsequent
rebuilds use the 'ubuntuX' revision scheme.
