Public bug reported: I noticed that boinc-client service started as soon as remote and local file systems are available.
However this default behaviour slows down the startup until the end user gets the graphical login prompt. I think that the default behaviour should wait until the graphical login manager started (gdm, xdm, lxdm, ...). I would make the user feel that the system is faster. ** Affects: ubuntu Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Description changed: I noticed that boinc-client service started as soon as remote and local file systems are available. - However this default behaviour slow down the startup until the end user + However this default behaviour slows down the startup until the end user gets the graphical login prompt.
