I did a few more tests. Every time when gnome hangs and I switch to console and I try to kill Xorg, just after trying to kill Xorg, system totally hangs and 'BUG: soft lockup detected on CPU#0!' message appear on console.
I didn't manage to reproduce 'vanishing files' effect.
