Public bug reported: Using the stable of 6.0.2. on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. Same client version is used.
Go to the following list/form: Accounting --> Journal Entries --> Journal entries When creating a new move and the corresponding move lines, all goes well. When you decide to change the period for one of the move lines, OpenERP comes up with the standard error: "Error occurred while validating the field(s) line_id: You cannot create entries on different periods/journals in the same move", which is expected and logical. It DOES however approve the move, regardless of the error. It then seems to fix the period for the move line to whatever the move had in it in the first place. When closing the record it always asks to "save the unsaved changes". It does not matter what option you pick in that screen. ** Affects: openerp-server (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/817868 Title: Journal entries still approve after error To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/openerp-server/+bug/817868/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
