The icon being used is 48x48, and is probably one of the following (I
tried digging through the Banshee source code, but couldn't figure it
out):

in   /usr/share/icons/gnome/48x48/

audio-x-generic.png
sound.png
gnome-mime-audio.png
gnome-mime-application-ogg.png

They're all part of the default GNOME icon theme, although Clearlooks
seems to be the only theme that causes it.  If for example I use the
Ambiance theme but customize it to use the GNOME icon set, the icon
shows up correctly aligned.  So the bug appears to be specific to the
way Clearlooks is implemented in Banshee.
