To the developers of HPLIP at HP: Can you make sure that the CUPS
filters and backends do not generate a personal configuration directory?
These do not run as the user who sent the original print job but as the
system user "lp". So it does not make sense to create the configuration
directory. In addition, CUPS is not prepared to have subdirectories in
its temporary file directory /var/spool/cups/tmp/.
