What happens?
I get a blank screen every time I boot. I need to key in CTRL-F6 then CTRL-F7
to get the spalhscreen prompt. 100% repeatable bug.
What should happen?
The boot sequence should automatically show the splash screen and prompt for
dm-crypt passphrase entry.
