Public bug reported:

In Unity Launcher, if you minimize two windows of the same group (say
two Firefox windows), when you click on the icon group in the launcher
(firefox icon), it will bring back the window that was minimized first
on top of the others.

I think it should restore in reverse order, ie the window that was last
used (and thus last minimized) should be on top.

Here is a real life use case:

- franck open firefox and looks at a site
- he wants to look at the source code of the page and press ctrl+U
- he's done and minimizes the code window
- then he minimizes the main firefox window
- he want to go back to the web : after clicking the launcher, the code window
shows

I think in a general case this is true with every application. The last
used document for an application (ie the one that was last minimized)
should show up on top when restoring. I think this would have a real
impact on unity usability.

** Affects: unity (Ubuntu)
