Hello again.
My apologies that it took me this long to answer but I was busy
throughout the last week and to my personal embarrassment I forgot about
this bug report.
Anyway, I did have a special german character in the absolute path ("ü",
full path: "/home/username/Downloads/Kubuntu/PGP Schlüssel") and
removing it also stopped the crashing. I tried to reproduce the bug with
software-properties-gtk but it can handle the special character without
any noticeable problems.
I found another possible bug in software-properties-kde while testing
it: When I remove a PGP key, it says that there has been an error while
removing the key but the key is removed anyway. As with the other bug,
software-properties-gtk doesn't seem to suffer from this bug.
