Nah! Despite new nVidia drivers, I still get the slow-down after a (longer) while.
In my case, it's not just the moving windows around which is slow, but also typing, unfolding menus, scrolling etc - the whole user-interface. If I run glxgears now (after the slowness has set in), I'm getting 10 fps again and everything else slows to a standstill until I kill glxgears, after which it's back to the regular slowmotion. This is a serious and very annoying bug, which seems quite common as well :-( -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/764330 Title: Move window annoying slow with compiz To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/compiz/+bug/764330/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
