I suggest that if you know how you use the alternate CD to install and how to install fglrx from the terminal after X crashes or in a chroot ( as I did ) because outside of this bug macbook pro support is *much* better in Feisty, even screen brightness and keyboard brightness controll work out of the box. If you need help installing fglrx from a chroot / after X crashes on the installed system, I can give detailed instructions.
