Solutions: 1. Disable rt61 driver -> not solution for me, I need the wifi connection 1. Blacklist rt61 driver and use the rt61pci driver (comes with Feisty kernel) -> not work for me (bug #58117) 2. Compile your own driver -> not work for me, see this bug :-/ 3. Install linux-image-386 which install a kernel with SMP disabled -> works for me perfect for days!!
