well, I don't think they are the same problem. the Bug # 96473 happens when they had opened 5 or 6 windows. But my problem occurs no matter how many windows are opened.
I heard from some guys and they said I should downgrade my Beryl version to 0.2.0, according to Wiki of Beryl Project. It seems what they said is true.
