What reason do you have to believe that the issue with the Lenovo is the same as the issue with the Samsung netbooks? Failure to resume tends to be very hardware-specific, particular to a particular piece of hardware or model of computer. If you have a Lenovo s10-3 or Samsung N230 that fails to resume and can't find any bugs addressing your model specifically, I suggest that you open a new bug.
