Can you attach the file /var/lib/apt/lists/archive.ubuntu .com_ubuntu_dists_natty-updates_main_i18n_Index to the bugreport?
After that you can remove the file from your system and run 'apt-get udpate' again. Looks like the file doesn't include what APT had requested for the internet.
