mkinitramfs: missing loop root /dev/loop0 /sys entry
mkinitramfs: workaround is MODULES=most
mkinitramfs: Error please report the bug

This is fixed in a newer initramfs-tools.

Currently you should be using MODULES=most as indicated in the logs. See where 
it is defined
egrep -r MODULES /etc/initramfs-tools/
and edit with sudo gedit <filepath> the corresponding files to have them set on 
MODULES=most and not dep.
