Public bug reported:

About 1 out of every 3 times that I try to watch tv with the me-tv
program, it starts up with "Unable to Loack Channel". I spent a lot of
time trying to get this hardware to work with Ubuntu, and finally got it
to work when I added the file xc3028L-v36.fw to the folder
/lib/firmware/ . If I delete the file from /lib/firmware and restart the
compuer, then copy the file back into /lib/firmware/ it will then be
able to lock channels again. Maybe this tip can help a developer
understand how to get this application to "just work" every time. I am
using Ubuntu 11.04, and me-tv 1.3.6-1
