I have a Dell Inspiron 15r and while flash apps aren't a big issue (clicking outside the app or in a different tab allows scrolling), adobe reader plugin takes scrolling functions, even when the tab reloaded while not focused. This problem exists in all versions, from 3.5 to 7.0a1
