Am I crazy? I don't know where to find the debug log. I ran this command cdrecord fs=16m dev=/dev/cdrw -eject -dao driveropts=burnfree -v -data -nopad '/media/media/ubuntu-7.04-desktop-i386.iso' and burned it burned a cd with no apparent error. But again the location of the debug log is unknown to me. :~) I will keep searching
