The bug has now been fixed in the upstream package (version 1.9.6.0-R1295), and Objcryst-Fox now compiles correctly with gcc 4.6, as tested with an up-to-date oneiric.
The testing was made using the shared libraries (frreglu, newmat and wxGTK) provided with ubuntu.
