The reason why libhildonhelp0 will not be installed is that it needs libgtkhtml3.14-19 older than 3.31, so if you install the version from 10.10: http://packages.ubuntu.com/maverick/libgtkhtml3.14-19 it will install just fine (on 11.04).
Hope that helps.
