results in an FTBFS in Debian.

I suggest not using ">= 2.6", just 2.6. It only supports one version at
a time. Yes, it's ugly.

Any reason why you are bumping the numpy BD?

Please use a more descriptive changelog entry. Or even better, let's get
this fixed in Debian (which probably means XS-Python-Version: current)
and sync to Ubuntu.
