Just in case - of the 4 instances seen here where this is an issue only 1 seems to need nautilus-folder-handler.desktop once inode/directory= lines are in mimeapps.list That would be the trash icon in unity launcher which seems to only accept nautilus-folder-handler.desktop in the Default section, otherwise it will use 1st. listed in Added section
