I'd also like to note, based off of the forum thread conversation on this, that everyone affected appears so far to have an Asus motherboard. I also believe they are all very similar boards with many common chips and design elements.
My MoBo is an ASUS P5N32-E SLI. I have this issue on two computers (both almost identical).
