Public bug reported: Binary package hint: nautilus
When I open with Nautilus a link pointing to a regular directory on another partition, or a directory mounted through fuse, sometimes Nautilus refuses to create new files in these directories, as if I didn't have permission to; but trying with the command line succeeds, so it's not a real permission problem, but rather a bug in Nautilus not correctly evaluating directory permissions in these cases. I'm on Ubuntu 11.04 (unity), Nautilus version is 1:2.32.2.1-0ubuntu13. ** Affects: nautilus (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/797528 Title: Nautilus refuses to write files to directories linked or mounted through fuse To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/nautilus/+bug/797528/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
