I find "Autohide" also solve the issue, it only occurs with one of the doge (active?) window setting.
FYI on how to change the hide mode of the unity launcher: 1) install Advanced Desktop Effects Settings (ccsm) from the Ubuntu Software Center 2) Open System Settings from the shutdown/logoff menu 3) Select CompizConfig Settings Manager 4) Click the Ubuntu Unity Pugin under Desktop 5) Change Hide launcher to "Autohide" or "Never" -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/772817 Title: Unity doesn't hide when numlock is on To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/unity/+bug/772817/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
