Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

After today's update my wi-fi stopped working. After restarting network-
manager from root it starts to work, but there is no network indicator
in the right upper corner. And network works strange - even ping is
taking a lot of time (2-10 sec) to show next request but result of ping
is normal.
