Public bug reported: Binary package hint: barcode
The gnu barcode (0.98) package in Ubuntu 10.04 and 10.10 (and probably others) does not create a correct codabar barcode. To reproduce, run on the command line: barcode -o test.ps -b 123 -c -e cbr The appeneded (default) check-digit is "A" instead of the correct "B" character. Binaries compiled from the debian package (barcode_0.98+debian-9.diff.gz applied to barcode_0.98+debia.org.tar.gz) produces the correct trailing "B" character. ** Affects: barcode (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: barcode codabar -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/794020 Title: gnu barcode package error -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
