That was applied on the latest linux-source from Feisty, so the Ubuntu patchset. I've also applied it against the Gentoo patchset and vanilla sources and it fixes sleep on all three. Notably, some modifications may still be needed to get it to return from sleep, as the backlight generally doesn't want to turn on.
