Yes 2.32.07-0ubuntu7 still has this problem. In particular the long description says it has face, but it is not in evolution-plugins- experimental. Likewise evolution-plugins does not list face and it is now providing that plugin.
Just looking at the size of the claimed plugins in the description and the number of files provided by the package, I have to believe that there are more examples.
