Public bug reported:

Netbook: Samsung N130, with realtek R8192e wifi.
Using Voria PPA to provide wifi and netbook specific functionality (function
keys, cpu scaling,backlight etc)

Wifi is intermittent when using the Unity interface, only connects on 1 in 4
reboots.
Network indicator shows that netbook has found wifi signals in the area, and is
attempting to connect to my router, however, it will fail, and produces a
dialog box asking for the router password.

Wifi using Ubuntu classic (standard gnome) is flawless, connects every
time with no issues.
